By now it has been established that Email Marketing is one of the most direct and cost-effective tools to increase website traffic and sales. While many small businesses are practicing this, they are not all using it to its full potential. Some campaigns are being blocked by spam filters, some are bogged down by poor copywriting and content and some are approaching from the wrong angle entirely. For Email Marketing to work the subject line needs to be enticing without being misleading, the content needs to be fun and interesting so that the recipient might even look forward to reading it and there needs to be a call-to-action.
