The End-Of-The-Year Cleanout

Start your businesses off on the right foot for 2014. Although you may not be a self-proclaimed “pack rat”, you may still have unused stuff that you don’t need to carry into the New Year. Along with unused ‘stuff’, reevaluate your staff. Keep the dedicated members around and encourage the unproductive staff members to pursue another career. Don’t keep someone on your team who is going to hold your business back. Evaluate your customers and identify the most profitable. Cater to the most loyal and encourage the ones who aren’t the most profitable. Along with evaluating customers, purge inventory that is not selling. Stock the most popular, but don’t forget about the others; give them a chance too. A December cleanout can be vital to your businesses success for the coming year.
