Solomon says that companies must create “a culture of saying yes.” Creating that culture starts with reiterating that you want to create that and explain to your employees that it is vital customers have a positive experience. But, Solomon says, before you can do that you must ensure that your employees feel that you are saying, “yes” to them. Value your employee’s feedback and suggestions. Through creating this culture, you will build a positive environment among your employees, which will reflect on your customers.
