Is Entrepreneurship Something You Can Teach?
Although it may seem impossible to become the next Bill Gates, there is a great debate over the idea of entrepreneurship being able to be taught. The BizWorld Foundation, a nonprofit that teaches children in grades 3-8, teaches young students the basics of business and entrepreneurship skills. The students involved with BizWorld design, produce, and sell friendship bracelets after collaborating with groups. The program leads students through the entrepreneurial cycle: production, marketing, financial management, promotion and selling their product.
