Goal Setting

Small business owners have to think of the present and the future at the same time, which can be a daunting task, but is vital to the survival. Always set immediate goals for pressing things that have to be dealt with right away. Keep lists, charts, or whatever works best for you to organize the overview of where your business is going. Do your immediate goals fit into your long-term goals? The two should go hand-in-hand.

With technology it’s much easier to track your progress and share information whether it be through tools like Google Calendar, Wunderlist or even just a simple e-mail.
