The Presidents 2012 Budget Agenda

On Friday, November 16th, President Barack Obama will begin budget talks with congressional leaders. The president will reportedly begin by proposing $1.6 trillion in additional tax revenue over the subsequent ten years. This is twice the $800 billion from 2011 talks with GOP.

Also President Obama stated he would continue undertaking tax increases on wealthy Americans, in a conference Tuesday with union leaders and liberal activists.
